Safeguarding Contract for Life Coaching Services for Minors

1. Services Provided

Mr Tamlyn William Goodrich agrees to provide life coaching services to your child under the age of 18. The services may include but are not limited to mentoring, goal-setting, personal development, and guidance sessions.

2. Responsibilities of the Life Coach

The Life Coach agrees to:

Provide a safe and supportive environment for the Child during coaching sessions.
Maintain confidentiality regarding the Child's personal information, except where disclosure is required by law or concerns the safety and well-being of the Child, in accordance with British Safeguarding Policy.
Act in the best interest of the Child at all times.
Follow all applicable laws and regulations regarding working with minors.
Share brief session notes
3. Responsibilities of the Parent/Guardian

The Parent/Guardian agrees to:

Provide accurate information about the Child's medical history, emotional well-being, and any relevant circumstances that may affect the coaching process.
Notify Mr Tamlyn William Goodrich of any changes in the Child's circumstances that may impact the coaching process.
Be available for communication with Mr Tamlyn William Goodrich regarding the Child's progress and any concerns that may arise.

4. Boundaries

Both parties agree to maintain appropriate boundaries in their interactions with each other and with the Child. Mr Tamlyn William Goodrich will not engage in any behavior that could be construed as inappropriate or unprofessional.

5. GDPR

Yours, and your child's data and information will not be shared and you can ask for access to notes involving your child at any time.
